Founded in 1995 Ananey Communications has established itself as a leader in the Television and Digital Media industries in Israel. A dynamic and innovative company, the group consists of 4 specialty arms: Ananey Channels (channel production and channel representation), Ananey production (Shamaim), Zoe interactive and Mars Interactive games.
Fully-Operated Channels – 5 channels which are produced exclusively by the Group and are transmitted via Cable TV (HOT) and the Satellite TV (Yes). These channels are: (i) “Dolce Vita” also known as Goodlife channel with 600,000 family viewers, focusing on lifestyle and leisure; (ii) Ego, The Israeli men channel, with 600,000 family viewers, and an interactive incorporated interface; (iii) Nickelodeon, a leading International children’s channel, locally adjusted by Ananey Communications, as per the foreign brand; (iv) Karaoke, an interactive channel, with over 15,000 video clips; (v) The Health Channel – a channel concerned with health issues.
In 2007 Ananey lunched 2 new channels: The food channel with the best israeli and international chefs and Ego total channel with the best combats and rugby games. in 2008 a new channel added to the list and that is the Israeli Travel channel.
Representation of Foreign Channels:
MTV – which constitutes the major and most popular group of music channels in Israel and the world. The Group provides the Israeli viewer with the following MTV channels – MTV Europe, MTV Hits, MTV Base, MTV2, VH-1, and VH-1 Classic.
CNBC – the leading financial news and business information channel.
Shamaim - content and Productions – dozens of productions yearly, broadcasted on various platforms and achieving high ratings. The Group adheres to originality and innovativeness. Its productions concern a myriad of realms, from current events, through culture, leisure, to lifestyle issues.
