Ana-Ney Communications has  launched the Israeli Travel Channel on February 20th 2008. The channel is in effect the largest television travel venture ever carried out in Israel and Ana-Ney Communications’ investment in the project will be $1 million.
An advertising campaign for the new channel airs on Ana-Ney Communications’ channels, which include the Good Life, Food, Health, Nickelodeon and Ego Channels, and through various other advertising media. The channel will appear on YES in February, and contacts are currently ongoing for a contract with Hot.
The Travel Channel is airing at channel 30 on yes Satellite Company. It serves as a guide for travel within Israel and abroad and present easily accessible, useful, information. Viewers will be presented with all the tourism and leisure time possibilities available in exotic locations all over the world as well as family tourism suitable for children and trips for backpackers.
Most of the original material is presented by genuine guides. The purchased programs will be the best in the world, including programs from the Discovery Channel, considered the leading travel channel and the Travel Channel.
