Seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to support the CEO and senior leadership. Role includes managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and confidential communications; preparing materials and coordinating board and investor interactions; and overseeing office administration, records, compliance, and company events. Requires strong organizational skills, discretion, fluency in Hebrew and English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates have experience in global companies (preferably in media or international business), strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.

Digital Content Coordinator for Nickelodeon (Junior)
Seeking a Junior Digital Content Coordinator for Nickelodeon to manage and upload content across web, app, and social platforms. Responsibilities include handling CMS workflows, tracking content performance, supporting productions, and assisting with video editing and basic graphic creation. Requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Photoshop and Premiere. Experience with social platforms, digital content management, video shooting, and kids’ content is an advantage. A degree in Communications or Digital Media is required.

Seeking a Temporary Back Office Sales Coordinator & Personal Assistant (6–9 months, 80%) to support the International Sales department. The role includes managing sales documentation and contracts, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating cross-department processes, and organizing meetings and travel. It also provides executive support to the VP of International Relations, including complex calendar management, meeting prep, and handling confidential communications. Requires experience in sales support or executive assistance, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and excellent English. Experience in media or international business is an advantage.
