A period-adventure drama based on historical events that follows the Jewish people’s struggle to turn their dream of having their own state into a reality, in the aftermath of the devastating war in Europe. Under impossible conditions, a brother and sister -both Holocaust survivors – bravely swim to the shores of Israel in 1946, after the illegal ship they were on is stopped by British soldiers. They come bearing a secret they don’t yet understand themselves – one which could save the entire wave of Jewish refugees fleeing Europe post-WWII.
