Twin brother and sister, Alex and Naomi, are 3rd generation owners of Flashback Studio, family-owned since 1935. Being complete opposites in worldview and temper, if they don’t get their act together, this once prestigious animation dynasty may end with them. Things get out of control when Naomi insists on bringing history to life using a quirky and renegade Anime style of animation, as Alex freaks out about historical accuracy. Somehow, despite their differences and comical bickering, Naomi and Alex manage to get along to produce a big historical series in an irreverent Anime style. It’s Flashback Studio’s biggest job ever – a financial lifeline and an opportunity to shine.
